I am running the same version of Choqok with no problems on 9.10 with an
nvidia driver. The difference here seems to be the dependencies. User
has newer versions of all dependencies that I do (running unsupported
updates?)

I have seen this bug since I first found Choqok, and it's still there.
Just too inconsequential (and I'm too lazy) to report it.

I see the same issue. Kubuntu 9.10 here too.
Although not fatal (seems to disappear with older messages), I have to ask why
