KDevelop uses CMake to build its' project yet the dependency is only
suggested. Should it not be changed to required? KDevelop asks for the
CMake binary path on project creation.
Sorry if I am asking in ignorance.

You could also import projects with a different buildsystem and in theory have
different templates.
So, depends is certainly the wrong package relation here.
Recommends might be something to consider though.

Step by step well this will be quite hard...
The only thing, these situations and computers have the same, is the high load
of CPU, sometimes GPU, RAM and also may be a big amount of data writing on HDD.
It does for example when I untar a really BIG files, or when I start a more
demanding
As you can see, it is quite a wide spectrum.
As I am typing here it started on my aspire One, just by starting a game
HeroesOfNewerth (linux version) with low settings.
It does now in the game and also system notifications are affected. Simply all
of the sound in the OS.

And about that apport issue I wanted to report some bug, it
collected all of needed data and tried to open a launchpad page but,
unfortunately using a writer.
