Gabe, it doesn't make it faster, thanks for the correction, though :) What seems to be helping here is adding the options single-request in the /etc/resolv.conf Wat is an enigma again, only chromium-browser, firefox, epiphany suffer from it, not text browser, nor everything else that uses dns.
