I confirm this on KDE 4.10.0

try send to... and it crashes everytime.
Please, reopen.
You crash is due to mixing incompatible (kipi-plugin related ) binaries
from different repos, which has nothing to do with this issue.

and not Qt 5, if both are installed. If qt4-qmake is removed, Qt 5 is
automatically detected.

This repo contains the initial patch to propose a fix of this issue.
I didn't implement anything about CMap this time. because dealing with it in
fontconfig may be overkill. applications who wants to use this feature should

Running kbackgroundsnapshot -c to capture the current window produces
a corrupted image. I'm attaching an example image here. The program also
outputs the following in the terminal:
X Error: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter) 9
Major opcode: 62 (X_CopyArea)
In my particular case, it did not detect either of those.
