I'm also seeing this. As a side effect after updating to KDE 4.10.2
there is no "Size & Orientation" tab in the "Display and Monitor"
section of systemsettings. Also Function-F4 no longer works to change
between the laptop display and connected monitor.

My multi monitor setup does not work anymore, because of krandrtray missing.
As a workaround for my missing setup, i've added a xrandr script before KDE ogin

- grub color scheme
- plymouth logo boot

- isolinux theme (as seen on livecd start)
