I have custom hotkeys (like CapsLock for changing keyboard layouts) and
after some time they stop to work. Nothing happens when I use keyboard
shortcut. It starts working again for sometime if I go to the settings
and reconfigure it.

Most other distributions using KDE have a faster update- & backport policy for
this package (as to mention Fedora,
OpenSuse - Arch is rolling release-thus not comparible)
Since this package provides a cross-plattform-experience it should
definitely not be left out.
Eduards - that is most likely a different issue. If you look closer you
will probably find that your network is not even listed in the
networklist. This bugreport is about systems that do not reconnect even
when the network is listed.

The functionality of kde5-nm-connection-editor seems to be broken too:
Change or add Wifi-connections.
plasma-nm or kde5-nm-connection-editor seems no longer can connect to
networkmanager-qt.
Output after starting kde5-nm-connection-editor in 15.10 it look like that:

Same problem, immediately after upgrading from Kubuntu 15.04 to Kubuntu 15.10,
yesterday.
Problem is persistent and exists every time I logon.
Have tried (no effect, problem persists):
- deleting panel and creating a new (default) panel instead.
- deleting ~/.kde
- sudo apt-get remove
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

(and earlier), but isn't there in 15.10.
