Affects me too. Upgraded from trusty LTS to xenial LTS (i386) on a Dell
D630 when the fun started. Per information posted elsewhere, a
temporary workaround to stop the extreme CPU utilization and the spew
into ~/.xsession-errors is to run "balooctl disable", then kill the
running "baloo_file"
I don't see any reason for this bug to be private.
