Even though its a given measure of security, that's what I've been
recommeded by a local helpdesk of the broadband provider (abroad in
another part of Europe).
Since I were the only person having pysical access to the device &
knowing that mobile broadband is
I just fixed this in KDE Partition Manager git. Running KDE Partition
Manager in Plasma session should result in Breeze theme (or whatever is
configured) being used.
This was cause by kdesu using sudo on Kubuntu.

The bug seems to be triggered by the combination of Qt, plasma 5 *and*
the legacy nvidia 340 driver.
It is unfortunate that KDE people are marking this as "resolve" when

this was something separate). The bug however remains on reboot. Which
probably means that plasma and krunner get started to early or something
like that.
