Ok. Also, just to be extra clear, "Enable EFI" was NOT selected in the
VirtualBox settings, and the host machine is also with old-style BIOS
(no UEFI at all).
#1: Do I have to create two small partitions, (1) EFI system partition,
and (2) Reserved BIOS boot area... or just one,

on flavours ubiquity: bootloader failed
I have tested steve's focal build from security-proposed and was able to
succesfully validate the fix i.e. warning for the PoC.
I have attached a screenshot of the warning when trying to open the PoC
** Attachment added: "ark_fix_test.png"
I said previously I defined the shortcuts in the Menu Editor.
I've now had a look at Settings -> Shortcuts, and found that
- Global Shortcuts lists all my applications for which I defined a shortcut
(and some others) with the shortcut listed correctly
- Custom Shortcuts lists all my applications
It was a Zotero issue and is resolved now

Okular does not open

Okular Snap Version 1.10.0
Upon opening a pdf in Okular, then opening another PDF from Zotero, the
expected behavior is that Okular opens the new document in a new tab
(when enabled in settings). For me, this is not happing. Instead, Okular
opens each PDF
Hopefully todays daily build for UB will be ok - I've copied the ship-
live and live changes from Mate to Budgie
