To me, this looks like it might be due to a python version difference. Minor python version changes have been known to break stuff, but I'm not an expert in this. I'm tagging with rls-jj-incoming since that should get the attention of the proper teams and marking this as triaged. ** Tags added:

Because this bug prevents completion of Jammy Jellyfish installation it seems testing is halted for the time being until the issue is addressed. As this situation arose on 8-11-2021 and it seems to have had no attention since then I am guessing the developers consider this to be a matter of
