qttools5-dev-tools is the package that provides the applications

I have also just installed the ISO from today, 25 Nov 2021, again using
KVM/QEMU with no problems.
I used UEFI mode and allowed the installer to use the whole virtual disk, ie,
no manual partitioning.
So for this ISO both the live and virtual OS are working beautifully.

Load updates (yes & no),third party software (yes & no), manual partitioning.
Comment - dialogue after partitioning:
"Go back to the menu and resume partitioning"
"No EFI System
That was a typo by the way; should have been zsync as you probably knew.
