IMHO, the file
/usr/lib/kde3/libkontact_knodeplugin.so (Kontact plugin for KNode) should be in
KNode package, Same for libkontact_akregator.so and so on.
So when kontact is installed without knode (or an other Recommends), it
won't show options which don't work.

This bug should be closed.
It's not reproductible anymore with amarok 1.3.7-0ubuntu4 and
libsqlite3-0 3.2.8-1 from current Dapper Drake.
