as of right now (4:4.1.2-0ubuntu1) the last mails, that I couldn't
read/mark read display just fine for whatever reason.
I guess I can't be of much help any longer, and I also don't mind if you
close that bug ;).

Oh, I haven't tried it with KDE 4 yet.
In regards to KDE 3, nixternal iirc hinted that there would be some
entry in the kde bug tracker in regards to using the windows key as
modifier (though I must admit, that I haven't really had much success
with finding things in the kde bug tracker

when I add a local (mbox) account, and click on the dialog to choose the
mbox file, it doesn't seem to get selected (afterwards the combo box is
empty).

I just upgraded to 4:4.0.83-0ubuntu1, and it looks for mail in a
different folder then .kde3. This scared me somehow that all my precious
mails were lost *g*.

I've set a shortcut via kcontrol to launch konsole to win+q (had this
since a very long time, and redid this again recently). Now my problem
is, that the shortcut doesn't do anything in some sessions, and works as
expected in other sessions.
Great, even pasting (which I didn't report or check for reports yet)
works again. Thanks a lot!

Using no locking or FCNTL, it simply hangs saying that it is executing the
