Just can't believe how OLD this bug is. We have two computers with 13.10
and still having nightmares. The best part: Kubuntu 14.04 alpha 2 also
carries this disease. Acording to the explanations
in Systems Settings. On Kubuntu 12.10 + KDE 4.10 it
works perfect.
