I chose French as regional language during the installation of Kubuntu 20.04
(from a live USB key, "Try Ubuntu" installation mode).
On first reboot (I've not rebooted again yet), I noticed some applications were
displaying in English.
In Plasma systemsettings5 > Regional
Hi Simon, I can confirm the issue is solved (Kubuntu 16.04.4). Thanks!
The Driver Manager now quickly states that no proprietary pilots are available
for my machine (which seems correct since I run with an AMD CPU & GPU).
