The new kdepim packages are now in Ubuntu repositories and this issue
has been fixed, so I assume that the bug could be marked as fix
released.

Kmail crash when trying to reply to an encrypted mail
Bruno, there were quite some crypto improvements upstream, so it would be good
to know if this problem is still reproducible with latest upstream version. I
have packaged snapshot from yesterday and it is available in my PPA:
