It's do-able-not to link a kde-b u g in the description here falsly to
LP, after trying various amendments the result shows (history is kept).
And yussurian_uk, If you want to mention bugs that are related, but
shouldn't be picked up by the remote-bug-bot -> just put them in

This will be fixed in Zesty soon as we'll upload Plasma v5.8.2 which has
this fix baked in, but for Yakkety, we need a fix.
I'll upload the fixes for both in a PPA.
