I think this is a bug in the libkipi packaging that was recently
introduced. Please file a bug about libkipi0 not being installable on the
libkipi package.

- What happens to this Ubuntu change: Build-depend on renamed libkexiv2-3-dev
and renamed libkdcraw3-dev
- Seems that libkipi5-dev is missing in Ubuntu.
