Certainly useful to have a way to demand a direct save.
If I understand the 'Calendar' section correctly, the idea is that one can have
many calendars, yes? If so, perhaps there should be a 'Save All' button/menu
item instead of (or as well as) just 'Save'.

Just to add to this one: the Right-click / Save option for the 'Default
Calendar' option does NOT appear to work, at least not with my setup. The
std.ics file on disk (~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics) is not touched when
one selects Save in that manner, after making changes to the
Easy to confirm. There is indeed no Save button, but, there is a Save menu
item in the right-button-mouse-menu for each Calendar resources. Look at an
thing named Default KOrganizer resource, and right click on it.
