I can't change "Start during boot". too. It isn't saved. And I think
Christoph Wiesen is right an "Apply" button should be used.

In my opinion "apply" should be used here instead of an immediate effect -
that's the way KDE configuration used to work. The immediate effect can have a
few unexpected bad consequences, when the user expects to be able to "test out"
a few settings.

The change in Services has imediate effect, therefore Apply button does
not have any meaning (it will get removed in next version).
