Regarding Adept, show last download and show last dpkg run are still
disabled in Edgy and current Feisty Beta (at the moment, 2.1.2ubuntu21),
whereas they work correctly in Dapper.

too late and i cannot think of a non-intrusive way. Will keep bug around
due to updater.
