Binary package hint: kdeutils
in Kubuntu with KDE SC 4.3.4, using kgpg, despite enabled servicemenus
in the kgpg options dialog, in dolphin/konqueror it is not possible per
rightclick to sign files using gpg - the menu item is NOT shown.
