Public bug reported: If I enable the option located at [System Settings > Input Devices > Touchpad > Enable/Disable Touchpad > "Disable touchpad when mouse is plugged in" checkbox] , the next time I start my computer, the touchpad will be disabled regardless if there's a mouse plugged in or not.
