I can confirm this bug. It happens to me regulary from Kubuntu Dapper. now i
use Fesity and the bug is still exixst :(
i attached my crash report. i don't even need to start and app, just clicking
twice to the show desktop icon is enough to crash the kwin(for example when i
want to check some in

Yeah, seems like the exported .po files are broken so we cannot compile
them as .mo files.

If you give a fast click on a menu applet (k menu or system menu), it's icon
