Do the following to confirm the bug:

The Kaffeine bug only affects the right-click menu from the KDE desktop
Play CD with Kaffeine. If you open Kaffeine first you can play just
fine. Or click Open With and type Kaffeine it will also play.

I have the same problem - I cannot disable kwallet. I can understand
that security is important, but this is a one-user computer behind a
router, firewall, and all kinds of stuff, and I just don't want to
bother with kwallet. That should be a choice.
I'm using Feisty Fawn, all up to date.
