Yes, it unfortunate to have plasma network-manager with such bug.
However, you have a workaround: you can install knetworkmanager and
hidden networks should work for you. Just removed the plasma applet and
start knetworkmanager and you will hvae same functionality as in 8.10.

Can't connect to
Just tried logging out and back in on both machines. The 100% usage of
one CPU is no longer occurring (CPU is down in the low single

just switched to Ubuntu from Arch for stability reasons, and that's the
