In kubuntu 12.10 when cut or copying data from the url bar of rekonq and
then closing the browser, then going to the url bar of firefox, pasting
will not work because klipper does not store copied contents if the
window is closed.

I'm not entirely sure it's the same bug: If another package manager
(such as mintupdate or synaptic) is working when I try to install a
.deb, qapt only outputs the word "done" while it should warn me about
the other manager instead.
