Problem:
Using KDE 4.11 with precise from kubuntu-backports PPA, we have several systems
that sometimes hang on boot, not showing the KDM screen.
Workaround:
As a workaround we are using the old Upstart script from default Kubuntu 12.04
which doesn't have this problem.
