Hello shijing, or anyone else affected,
Accepted usb-creator into utopic-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/usb-
creator/0.2.62ubuntu0.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

Tried installing in Russian with and without network access. It changes
the default timezone from Russian to Spain (where I'm based) with
internet but still no crash.
