plasma-desktop crashes repeatedly

This problem has been reported for Wily earlier as #1471382 plasma-
theme-oxygen errors for dpkg
As far as I can tell it has been fixed for Wily, however for Backports
(Vivid) it still exists.
For Wily it has been resolved by removing /usr/bin/oxygen-settings5 from
package kde-style-oxygen-qt5.
