I have poked Rik Mills earlier about this and it's on his plate, he's
also looking for some voluntary help in testing. It requires some time
for validation so it would be good for someone to give a hand.

This happens when I log in after a reboot.
Note that this is not the first time, I needed to know that this behavior was
not a one-time thing. It happens, however, every time I log in.
