[Bug 1508891] Re: qtcreator3.5.0 add a new same qtversion to the list when qtcreator startup.

2015-11-12 Thread Brian Murray
Hello Crystal, or anyone else affected,

Accepted qtcreator into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtcreator/3.5.0+dfsg-
1ubuntu3.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update
out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug,
mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag
from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the
bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to
verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help
us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in
advance!

2012-12-13 Thread Brian Murray
Hello Scott, or anyone else affected,

Accepted networkmanagement into precise-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/networkmanagement/0.9.0.1-0ubuntu2.1
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

[Bug 1094360] Re: vlc: QGtkStyle was unable to detect the current GTK+ theme unless libgnome2-common is installed

2013-02-06 Thread Brian Murray
I have removed the tag regression-update from this bug report as the tag
should be used for a regression which happened when installing a package
from the -updates repository. This tag is used by the Stable Release
Updates team to watch for regressions in packages from -updates and
inappropriate usage of this tag makes it harder to find this category of
regression. Thanks for your understanding. To learn more about how we
use tags you may want to review http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Tags.

The ubuntu apport hook crashed because of the following:

  File "/usr/share/apport/general-hooks/ubuntu.py", line 106, in add_info
(package, version) = report['Package'].split(None, 2)
ValueError: too many values to unpack (expected 2)

report['Package'] would return kio-audicd (not installed). I guess this

[Bug 1247235] Please test proposed package

2013-12-05 Thread Brian Murray
Hello Philip, or anyone else affected,

Accepted kdepim-runtime into saucy-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepim-
runtime/4:4.11.3-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

Thank you in
advance!

[Bug 1290514] Missing SRU information

2014-03-13 Thread Brian Murray
Thanks for uploading the fix for this bug report to -proposed. However,
when reviewing the package in -proposed and the details of this bug
report I noticed that the bug description is missing information
required for the SRU process. You can find full details at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Procedure but essentially
this bug is missing some of the following: a statement of impact, a test
case and details regarding the regression potential. Thanks in advance!
