Konsole sometimes crashes (already reported that

what exactly means that the proposed on Vivid are not supported?, I know
is the development version and I'm aware of it's alpha 1 state.
Regarding the bug, I have seen you link, but even though that probably
works it does not resolve this bug; the problem is that the KDE
reporting tool is
Today Konsole crashed again (that's reported to kde), but the assitant
was able to generate a usefull backtrace. Maybe this got fix in some of
the updates.

I changed the package to kdebase-workspace because the problem happens only in
kubuntu (KDE), in Ubuntu (Gnome) the number of interrups are normal.
If this is incorrect feel free to change the package again

Now I have other Fonera to test (2100 model) configured with WPA2 . After some

I became affected by this bug after passing control to /etc/X11/Xsession
from ~/.xinitrc with Slim as login manager, since I barely log
out/reboot I started looking for a way to fix it and I found a quite
clean way to do it in this post:

I finally upgraded my 12.04LTS server to 14.04LTS last week, and I
really regret having done this. I am suprised this bug is considered as
unimportant, when it completelly spoils the booting system. Nothing
seems to work.

@Arie: thank you, but I hoped that a software issue could be resolved without
the need of
additional hardware (I don't have a bigger drive right now). But I can survive:
I can boot
from a live USB with Super Grub2. Anyway, I think that such gross errors should
not
take place in an upgrade.
