I have already disabled systemd timers for APT and removed unnattended-

As for today (2029) the following flavors are affected by the current bug:

* Budgie
* Kubuntu
* MATE

All they are crashed on 1300 install because of "plugininstall.py:

By some mistake on the web-server http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-
live/current/jammy-desktop-arm64.iso.zsync is built on 2021-11-05, and
not on 2021-11-19. This is not my mistake.
Manually downloaded Ubuntu 2029 and got crash.
