Public bug reported:
Digia introduced qbsprojectmanager in QtCreator 2.7. It depends on
src/shared/qbs which is git submodule (cp: git submodule update
–init).
Currently qtcreator package from Raring have empty src/shared/qbs, so it
does not build qbsprojectmanager.
Ubuntu version: 13.04
Also Digia recommends to use qmake -r instead of qmake:

Public bug reported:
QtCreator applies localization only if both
/usr/share/qt4/translations/qt_*.qm and
/usr/share/qtcreator/translations/qtcreator_*.qm exist. At 29.03.2013 no
package provides Qt5 translations and QtCreator cannot load own
translations.
libqtcore4 - contains translations for
QtQuick2 support in QtCreator enabled only if it compiled with Qt5.
Thus, there are sugnificant reason to not compile it with Qt4.

Actually it's bug in Qt package. As Digia developers said about the
patch, anyway, the current behavior is there for a reason, and i have
no intention of accepting a change.
So localizations should be added to qtcore5.

I can confirm this bug. For some reason QProcess hungs and always
destroyed by timeout; of course, IDE becomes unusable because QProcess
required to configure compilers qmake.
Problem not appear anymore for me after uninstalling KDE. Probably it
can be reproduced by installing as many KDE

The system detects battery without any problems and battery indicator

battery indicator works fine after I install Kubuntu 14.04 to hard disk,
but stop work after I did 'dist-upgrade' on installed
