for comparison consumes about 5% in sleep mode after 24 hours.
Note: Everything was measured in fresh default install and applied all
applicable patches without any apps running.

Deleting cache actually helped. Latte Dock works again.
It crashed every time right on startup.

When started from konsole it says:

Happened to me on Kubuntu 15.10 after upgrade to Plasma 5.5.3 and Frameworks
5.18.0
using kubuntu.org's ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports.
The message was: "This operation cannot continue since proper
authorization was not provided."
Plus some weird problems for instance cannot suspend to RAM without

I have AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430. lshw says HD 5430/5450/5470. I
removed the proprietary fglrx driver and it seems to work again:
How to do that:
# sudo apt-get remove --purge fglrx fglrx_* fglrx-amdcccle* fglrx-dev*
# sudo rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf
# sudo apt-get install --reinstall
I'm really not sure if 'kwin' is the source of the problem.

synaptiks (python2.7) in Kubuntu 12.04 crashes after

The Synaptiks plasma widget crashes almost every time I open my notebook
and wake it up from sleep.
The error message is:

The problem started right after upgrade to 12.04.
