[Symptoms]
When attempting to install local deb packages using qapt-deb-installer on
Lubuntu Noble Numbat 24.04 BETA 20240412, the deb package install fails with
same error for a number of deb packages.
The error displayed is Status: Error: Cannot satisfy dependencies
I've marked as invalid since the error has been caused by my experiments.
Maybe in future my experiments become an automated script or so. Maybe.

KDE does not reboot from the GUI

You received this bug notification because
That is a weird crash there, as we tested that over and over without any
issues. Why there was a problem importing is beyond me. Anyone else have
this same issue? Thanks!

Unless I am doing something wrong, I am unable to reproduce this issue.
Does this still occur for you, and if so, could you be a bit more
precise on how to reproduce it, or any settings with Klipper you may
have changed that causes this? Thanks!

I am going to fix release as I haven't seen this popup in a long time. I
do not believe the popup was any fault of KDEs but because something was
going on behind the scenes with TTY1-3. If this occurs again, please
reopen with more information, as I will follow it and see if we can
pinpoint this
I can confirm this report, however I don't know what the real solution
will be. Maybe Celeste can view this report for usability. I don't think
I would want it to remove files without me first seeing what is in
there, so I kind of welcome the fact that it opens Dolphin to let me see
what is in it.
I am guessing that you believe that the expected behavior would be to
open up Konqueror and the dialog letting you know about the multiple
tabs?
The fact that it blinks in the taskbar seems OK to me, however I would
understand the want for it to open up and let you really know.
Anything upstream
I am using all Intel equipment and I am unable to reproduce this issue.
Does it still occur for you at all? Were you running Intrepid or Jaunty
dev release when this happened? I know that Jaunty had X issues that
really hit us KDE people quite hard. Thanks!

Have you tried using xrandr when plugging HDMI in while running? I don't
have HDMI so it is hard for me to test. Anyone else with a similar setup
and/or issue?
Do you know if you get a similar behavior with any other distro such as
Ubuntu or other KDE distros? I was unable to find anything much
