Hi, I just tested whether adding the staging-misc ppa solves the
problem. Unfortunately, it does not! More importantly, it seems like
there are still files in conflict that are not mentioned in bug 1565772.
Hence, I fear that this will not be solved even if bug 1565772 is
resolved.
I stopped using the accounts section since, so i have not checked since
submission of the bug or any further Ubuntu regression updates . i have
installed 4.6 kernel since and a lot of pushed updates give me few days to
check it .

I tried to implement my address-book in Kexi, but Kexi is so heavily bugged

I am using Kubuntu 11.04 with KDE 4.6.3 and Kontact 4.4.10

If you open KMail select Configure filters under the Settings menu you will
notice that the Apply button is available even though the window just opened
and no changes have been made. If you click it, it does not gray out as apply
buttons should.

There needs to be a warning that you cannot use the userconfig module to
change a user's password if they are using an encrypted home directory.
The reason is that this module runs suid root. Therefore it does not
properly change the password
