I've been doing some stuff on this and this may work - add this to your
~/.kde/share/config/yakuakerc:
[Global Shortcuts]
AccessKey=F11
And that should overwrite it.

To change the access key, open YaKuake and on the right there's a little
arrow pointing down, press it and there's a 'Shortcut' section. There
should be a 'Change access key...' option, there you should be able to
change
