upgrades package.
So before running Muon I have the following dates:
$ ls -lt /var/lib/apt-xapian-index/update-timestamp /var/lib/dpkg/status

since a long time (16.04 I think), moodbar script doesn't works.
when I want generate .mood file, I have got that =>
