I've found an issue here.
Is is related to qstardict package.
Qstardict when launched globally consume CTRL+T hotkeys even if such behavior
is not enabled.
If you have "CTRL+T" text in pop-up window configuration dialog it will always
consume it.
In Wayland qstardict is not able to work with
** Package changed: ubuntu => kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)

I've found out that global hotkey combination CTRL+T does not work in
some applications where it should.
