The lockscreen *should* be disabled by default. As discussed on Matrix,
this is directly controlled by the following file:
https://git.launchpad.net/casper/tree/scripts/casper-
bottom/34disable_kde_services
So, unless something has changed in how KDE Frameworks gets the
lockscreen information,

At 21:53:19 I wwitched the monitor on again to do something on the PC and the
bluetooth mouse was gone again.
Then I stopped and started bluetooth. Then the mouse was back.

Public bug reported:
On the Kubuntu NN Live ISO, Energy Saving now defaults to sleep after a
period of inactivity (I think this follows upstream KDE), even on AC
Power. If your laptop goes to sleep, you cannot wake it with the
password (which should be empty / no password).
Work-arounds:

Its been almost a month with no activity. This bug still exists.
Please have this fixed before release.
