I've updated my Kubuntu system from Precise Pangolin to Quantal Quetzal
12.10. The update went smooth. However, I now consistently get a
segmentation fault in kded4 or kdeinit4 (one or the other) after I've
logged in (using the graphic login). I can repeat this consistently

I've just tested this with the Kubuntu Dapper Flight 5 live CD. And
behold: The bugs seems to be gone. So this bug report can be closed as
worksforme.

I'm not completely sure if this is really a dupe of these two bugs: KDM
starts just fine, and logging in works for me as well. I just get that
warning in my logs. But maybe that is just the less severe case of the
same problem.

This bug doesn't occur any longer. Maybe one of the recent KDE updates
has fixed it.
