This pachset enables clfushopt, clwb and pcommit instructions for guest which
are used by NVDIMM.

Patch 1 fixes a uninitialized value used in KVM MMU code,
patch 2 and patch 3 enable these three instructions for guest
patch 4 ~ patch 9 simplify current VMX code
