Since kvm's vendor is shorter, the test for correct size is removed and zero
padding is added.

Microsoft's Hypervisor.
HYPERV_CPUID_MIN (0x4005) is defined in a linux header file.
CPUID_HV_LEVEL_HYPERV (0x4005) is used instead.
