Oh, it should not be /website, but #website:

Yes, it's the web...@global.libreoffice.org list - any it doesn't hurt

Created the site and added you both as subsite admins. Once DNS is
propagated and apache knows about it, you'll be able to login using
https://tr.libreoffice.org/admin - make sure language in the dropdown
is set to Turkish

The main homepage of your site needs to either have the url-segment
"home" (metadata tab), or you need to set the "use as homepage for
domain" entry box on the behaviour tab. Enter tr.libreoffice.org as
domain, not the full URL in this case.
