I can confirm, none of the tooltips of the symbols pane is localized.
Running same build as you, just on OS X (the 64-bit version) with Slovenian
langpack.

Hi,
adding to that question: could a language pack become an extension, thus
being non-system bound (every language just one extension)?
Also, will LO keep the difference between OS' - some have only help in
lang-pack, others also UI localization?
