The patch to remove the EN/EM DASHES from the replacement table is here

It affects --, ---, :--:, and :---:. As well as - for NL. The option replace
dashed still works depending on language and kind of content with EN/EM.

Not only we can, sometimes we need.
Slovenian site already has some own pages, like the history of l10n, the
l10n credits etc. Would hate to lose that.
