Then we rarely face the problem of spam comments compared to giving to
anonymous users.

I also sometimes want to ask the suggesters about Japanese translation
suggestions.
However, the suggesters are not allowed to comment. I'm in trouble.

translation in languages other than their own, and can only make suggestions.
This seems to me a good policy. However Weblate users not authorized to change
translations
