[libreoffice-l10n] update from OOO

Dear all, I have just checked the recent LO beta - the Slovak translation which is used there is a couple of months old. Will they be updated prior to LO3.3 release somehow automatically, or should we ask somebody to do that? A brief note on the procedure how are the OOO strings taken from the
